Registration Categories and Fees

All participants pay a registration fee, which covers full conference access, materials, certificates, coffee breaks, lunches, and networking events.

💰 VAT Information

All fees are exclusive of VAT. A €100 Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added where applicable in accordance with German tax regulations.

Participants may add companions (co-authors, spouses, family members, or professional collaborators). See the fees below.

🛂 Visa Denial Policy

If your visa application is denied, you may request a full refund of the registration fee, excluding bank transfer charges, provided that official documentation of visa refusal is submitted to the organizing committee by October 1, 2026.

⚠️ Important

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Bank charges are non-refundable.

Registration Process

  1. Complete the Registration Form – Fill out all required fields online.
  2. Receive Confirmation and Invoice – Within 2-3 business days, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration invoice and official invitation letter.
  3. Make Payment – Complete the payment according to the instructions provided in the invoice.
  4. Receive Final Confirmation – Once payment is verified, you will receive your final registration confirmation and additional conference details.
